Quattro: Redefining Indoor Plant Growth with Ancient Techniques and Modern Innovation

Renowned designer Marco Coletti introduces Quattro, an innovative ceramic smart garden that redefines the way we interact with indoor plants. Inspired by the hortus conclusus, a feature from medieval cloisters, Quattro seamlessly blends ancient traditions with modern technology to create a sustainable and efficient indoor gardening solution.

Quattro's unique irrigation system, the “OLLA,” dates back to ancient China and Rome, providing plants with the perfect amount of water through micro-porous terracotta. This results in harmonious plant growth and reduces water consumption, offering up to 2-3 weeks of water autonomy. The eco smart garden also features a special Grow lamp with an integrated timer, allowing for the growth of a wide variety of plants indoors using green technology.

Composed of glazed ceramic, terracotta vases, and a specially designed grow lamp, Quattro represents a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. The product specifications include Osram Leds for horticulture, a 12-hour on/off timer sequence, and low power consumption, making it an energy-efficient and sustainable choice for indoor plant growth.

Quattro is not just a product; it's an experience that allows everyone to discover the restorative power of nature and "grow their own wellness" in a fun and fascinating way. The project, which began in 2018 between Paris and Treviso, has now evolved into the 2.0 version available on the Kigarden e-commerce platform.
