David Chang Design Associates Intl presents the exquisite residential project, Loong Palace 480, inspired by the metaphorical significance of knowledge and prosperity found in classical Chinese literature. Situated in the dynamic landscape of Beijing's Haidian district, this design embodies the convergence of emerging technology and cultural opulence, set amidst the historical backdrop of royal rice production.

The project's unique features include a family library adorned with luminescent jade flooring, frosted glass, and golden metal bookshelves, evoking the imagery of a house of gold and a shade of jade. The design seamlessly integrates modern elements with cultural motifs, creating a captivating ambiance that transcends traditional luxury.

Spanning 1338 square meters, with ceiling heights ranging from 2.6 to 6.65 meters, Loong Palace 480 offers a harmonious blend of opulence and functionality, catering to both private and public interactions. The design team, led by Design Director David Chang, meticulously crafted this show villa to reflect a modern aesthetic while infusing elements of culture and art to soften its contemporary edges.

The completion of this remarkable project in May 2020 marked a significant achievement in the realm of luxury interior design, earning Loong Palace 480 the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the same year. This accolade recognizes the exceptional creativity and technical prowess demonstrated by David Chang Design Associates Intl, further solidifying their position as industry leaders in delivering innovative and visually stunning designs.
