Architectural Marvel Unveiled: Serenity Suites by Taka + Partners

Taka + Partners proudly presents Serenity Suites, a groundbreaking hospitality complex located in Nikiti, Sithonia, Chalkidiki, Greece. The architectural concept, completed in September 2018, redefines temporary accommodation and socialization, offering a unique experience for guests.

The complex, comprising three distinguishable units with twenty suites and a swimming pool, stands as a landmark in the area. The buildings are strategically positioned around the pool, creating an intense spatial horizon and offering breathtaking views of the sea. The design's sustainable approach is evident in the exterior sunshades, double-glazed windows, and the creation of a microclimate through the landscape and pool.

Lead architect Aspasia Taka and her team overcame creative and technical challenges to deliver an experience destination within a short timescale, with construction taking place from October 2018 to June 2019. The interior design of each suite ensures a functional, warm, and aesthetically outstanding space, providing guests with a memorable and relaxing experience.
