Bixdo W60 Star: Multifunctional Toothbrush Redefining Oral Care

The Bixdo W60 Star electric toothbrush, designed by Chengshen Tan, incorporates a novel optical fiber material in its bristles, utilizing highly light-conductive materials to ensure maximum efficiency in conveying light to the teeth. The bristles feature a tiny optical fiber core at the center with exceptional light-conducting performance, achieving outstanding teeth whitening results while also providing gum protection.

Incorporating blue light whitening and antibacterial cleaning, this intelligent toothbrush offers an enhanced light guidance performance, achieving a whitening effect of six shades in just 14 days. The design also prioritizes sustainability, utilizing innovative technology to ensure both environmental and product sustainability.

The project commenced in Shanghai in November 2022, concluded its research and development phase in November 2023, and is set for market release in May 2024. The Bixdo W60 Star was honored with the German National Design Prize in November 2023 and received the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2024.
