Baidu Online Network Technology. Beijing has unveiled a new small program, the Onsite Service Experience mobile app, designed to streamline the domestic service booking process. The program, developed in Beijing in October 2020 and launched in China in February 2021, aims to address the increasing demand for digitalization among domestic service merchants affected by the pandemic.
The Onsite Service Experience app is a digital platform that reduces online operating costs for businesses, optimizes service levels, and provides users with a safer and more reliable online household booking process. Leveraging AI assistance and backend algorithms, the app generates interactive dialog box models, establishes service quality scoring strategies, and automatically updates the ranking of merchants, enhancing the overall user experience.
Users can access the small program from the Baidu APP, browse service interfaces, compare preferential schemes, and select the best merchants. Once a merchant accepts an order, users are alerted with real-time maps to track the location of the merchant, ensuring a seamless and transparent service experience.
