Exhibition Unveils New Approach to Industrial Transformation

SHAN MAI FOOD, the creative mind behind the "Descry Taiwan Exhibition," has successfully combined the arts with the Taiwanese traditional tea industry to offer a new approach to industrial transformation. The exhibition, held at the Alpine Botanical Garden in Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, aimed to create a new image of the traditional industry, impress tourists, and promote Taiwanese tea.

The exhibition at Mountain Alishan, a famous tourist attraction in Taiwan, showcased the unique properties of the design. It combined arts with the Taiwanese traditional tea industry, offering visitors a deeper understanding of Taiwanese tea culture and industry. The exhibition presented a variety of techniques of expression, including gift boxes made with art paper, giclee print on acid-free paper, image transfer techniques on aluminum tea buckets, circuit board art of artistic image, cyanotype, and laser engraving.

The "Descry Taiwan Exhibition" was a collaborative effort by a dedicated design team led by Creative Director YI-JEN, TU, and Project Manager HSIANG-YI, HO. The project was realized using various techniques and materials to express the diverse beauty of Taiwan, promoting the rich cultural heritage of the region.
