Shenzhen Fengyang Science and Technology Industry Co. Ltd proudly presents the FY Air-floating Carrying Case, a groundbreaking solution designed to provide safe, efficient, and economical carrying solutions for a variety of load moving problems. This innovative product is the result of the company's mission to improve the quality and efficiency in people's production and life with its high-efficiency and low-energy air-floating handling technology.

With a self-weight of merely 25kg, the FY Air-floating Carrying Case can achieve easy floating movement on the ground under a maximum load of 16 tons. It utilizes compressed air as the driving force and air-floating modules as the core bearing component to accomplish safe, efficient, decent, and economical carrying with high loading and low energy consumption. Its innovative carrying model can be used individually or combined with gantry cranes and forklifts for various flexible carryings.

The product was rigorously tested and adjusted before mass production, manufactured through bonding ABS to vulcanized rubbers. All materials were carefully selected in accordance with international environmental protection standards, ensuring zero emissions during use.

The FY Air-floating Carrying Case includes one controller, four air-floating modules, two 6-meter and two 4-meter air pipes, and one storage case. The total weight of the product is about 25kg, and the combined loading capacity of four air-floating modules is 16 tons.

When connected to the air source, a thin film of air forms under each module, minimizing friction and allowing the object to be moved and positioned with ease and accuracy. The product's shake-free carrying process ensures the safety of workers and objects being transferred.

The development of the FY Air-floating Carrying Case started in 2014 in Urumqi, China, and was officially launched in November 2020 at the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF). The product's design was inspired by the need to create solutions for moving and handling large equipment, workpieces, and loads, with a focus on improving efficiency in production and life.

The FY Air-floating Carrying Case was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
