Weed: A Portable, Wireless-Charging Lamp

Cheng Jinying's Weed lamp draws inspiration from the freedom and wildness of nature, particularly the ubiquitous dog tail grass from the designer's childhood. This lamp represents a connection between traditional Chinese imagery and people's daily lives, offering a sense of freedom and joy.

The Weed lamp stands out with its easy-charging feature and aims to provide users with agile and convenient lighting. The outer shell is 3D printed in PLA material, with a silicon 3D printed stem containing an iron wire for stability. The lamp features wireless charging technology, making it easy to use and carry around.

Measuring 110mm x 95mm x 460mm, the Weed lamp offers a sense of gentle lighting for indoor use and can be easily carried around for outdoor activities. It serves as a companion, providing just the right amount of light without being too distracting.
